This is amazing. No need to hire a bartender for parties any longer! The drink mixes are yum and you can pick your poison and strength. Would have been great for Covid days but I just found out about this 2 months ago. Would love to see some organic drink mixes in the future.

After initial complaint to Bartesian, wherein I was told the warranty had expired and the only remedy was the purchase of a new machine, the complaint was referred to upper management. Management offered a refurbished machine in exchange for mine and latter offered a new machine eventhough mine was passed the one year warranty. This was unexpected and very appreciated. Kudos to Bartesian for going beyond their printed policy.

My bf and I are addicted to this machine. It’s an amazing investment! The drinks taste better than the ones at the bar. This beats having to have all of the separate items and mixers to make various drinks and it’s soooo convenient!
