2 out of 4 of my chairs didn’t come with the bottom foot rest piece shown in the second image. A few of the holes also did not match up so I had to leave some screw out. There was also a weird fishy smell that I wasn’t really fond of but thankfully I can wash the covers. Overall I give it 3 because of the missing parts.
