    • Great lights, easy to hang
Color: GrowForce Spectrum Size: 4FT-2 Packs
I started hydroponics as an experiment, I've now got peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, basil and lots of lettuce in my "garden room" All the barrina lights work great. These are very lightweight and easily adjustable. They chain together so I just flip a switch to turn them all on. I don't notice any heat output, plants are doing great, and no change in my electric bill. I don't worry about cyclosporiasis or ecoli because I'm growing my own veggies now. ... show more

    • I love them.
Color: GrowForce Spectrum Size: 3FT-2 Packs
They are very light and they came with chains, zip-ties and screws so you can mount them anywhere. They were easy to put together and the cord between the two was long enough for me to daisy chain them together. The cover a large area and are a great value for the money. Also, they are very quiet.

    • Perfect for 95% of plants!

Absolutely love these lights! I did a lot of searching and review reading before getting some new lights. I bought the 3ft set of lights first and loved them so much, that I bought additional ones in 4ft! I wanted lights that would be powerful without being too bright for my bedroom. These have a beautiful hue that doesn’t blind you, and they have great output for my purposes. I grow many different plants, and would rate these lights 10/10 for all except succulents. I still have growth for the succulents, but I already knew I would be using my heavy duty lights for them. I generally only put succulent cuttings and props under these, which it’s great for. TIP: I also bought blackout window cover material that is black on one side and reflective on the other that I put on when I go to bed. I just grab two large binder clips (like office use ones) and attach the material to the top of my shelving on each side. The second picture shows black out shades attached. ... show more

    • Great plant lights
Color: GrowForce Spectrum Size: 3FT-2 Packs
These work perfect for my bay windows. I had previously bought some that weren't strong enough for my plants, but my plants love these. Easy to install. I highly recommend it

    • Good amount of light, but narrow fixture. Lightweight. Easy to install.
Color: GrowForce Spectrum Size: 4FT-2 Packs
For my greenhouse lights, I have several Vivosun fixtures with nice metal housings running four T5 high output fluorescent lamps. My plants have a great response rate with those lights. The downside is that they are expensive. I decided to try these lights for three reasons: 1) LED instead of fluorescent. 2) They are lightweight. 3) Recommended by other growers. I don't have a lightmeter, but it looks like the light output from these is about the same as the Vivosun. However, the light is concentrated to a narrower spot as the fixture is only about 6 inches wide. If you are trying to cover a row of 1020 trays, a pair of these will be needed, making them less effective that the wider fluorescent fixture. That also means that they are not as cost effective either. I will have to see how these do through the growing season. I think they will be a welcome addition to my greenhouse, but probably not direct replacements for the Vivosuns. These are very easy to set up. They do not use a grounded outlet. They came with a bunch of zip ties, chains, and some other hardware. I used the chains to hang them from hooks I already had installed. The two lights were easy to wire together with the cables that were included. The inline switch is handy, but for my set up, not necessary. The quality seems decent. They are lightwieght and the design is "skeletonized". I don't know how that will translate into resisting moisture or the occasional spray with water. The Vivosun tolerates that well as the housing is metal and fully shrouds the lights. These look more open, especially at the ends. So far, I am happy with these lights. I certainly will get a lot of use out of them. I know that other growers are having success with them and I expect no different. I probably will get more in the future, but not until I assess them for a full season. ... show more
