I’ve had this for a few weeks now and it’s perfect for my plants! I have a couple of golden pothos growing up trellises I attached to the outside sides of my bookshelves in a room that gets very little natural light. Previously I had those clip on lights with long tube bulbs but that looked so awkward in the space in which I was using them. These puck lights are a much more elegant option! I’m using the provided magnet stickers directly on the bookshelf in the middle of the trellis to stick the pucks on. The lights fit perfectly. Eventually I’m gonna switch out the cool white lights for the warmer yellow version so it’s easier on the eyes and move these elsewhere. I like that you can adjust the intensity of the light because at full brightness these pucks can get pretty hot and scorch vines and foliage if placed too close. I’m especially happy with the built-in timer! I wish Barrina would add this feature to their T8 and T5 lights! I can set the light to stay on for 4, 8, or 12 hours. The timer could be improved by being able to directly program the time and on/off times, but I guess that can be remedied with a smart plug. Or it would be a dream if this could integrate directly with smart home accessories like Apple HomeKit. Alas. If anything comes up with the lights, I’ll update this review. But so far so good! ... show more

These are the best grow lights. They have a timer and several ways to install them per your needs. They do get pretty hot so make sure plants are far enough away not to burn the delicate leaves. I have several of these. They are more esthetic than other grow lights and my plants love them

So far so good, they are very bright, I was able to connect all 4 and they work on a timer. Came with zip ties and little stickies if you need to point in a direction towards the plant. They have magnets on the back, perfect for a wire rack. I’m very happy with the purchase, works perfectly.

We have a furnished basement that gets very little light. Added these to the drop ceiling. Wow..now we can have plants downstairs and the light looks so natural like it is actual natural light. Helped brighten up the basement. I really wanted to find a product without cords, but we were able to hide a good part behind drop ceiling and running cord in a corner. Unfortunately, my husband dropped one when trying to hide the cords and it stopped working and now having to buy another set to replace the one he dropped. I really love these in the basement. The media could not be loaded. As a plant lover, I own over 500 plants inside. From variegated to non variegated. These are by far my favorite lights. It helps my alocasias, monsteras and philodendrons THRIVE. Variegation burns in so much faster. They are easy to adjust and move when needed. I love the fact that I can set my specific settings based on daytime & night time. I set the timer to lower the density of the lights when the sun is up so they don’t get to much light and kick back on when the sun goes down. I’ve always heard great things about barrina and always taken their products for granted ! I kid you not, it’s only been around 10 days and my plants have already put out half moon & 3/4 moon variegated leaves and grown tremendously. Product works well. We had originally ordered other lights from this brand, but the connector cords were too short, even though we measured more than once before purchasing. The connector cords for this were more than long enough. I wish the timer/plug cords were just a tad longer but we made it work.
