Great Grow Light—Easy to Install, Bright, and Plant-Friendly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ This hanging grow light has been a great addition to my space! Installation was super easy—just needed my drill, and I had it up in less than 10 minutes by myself. It looks clean and minimal, which I love. I have it hanging in front of my bathroom window that doesn’t get much natural sunlight, and my plants are absolutely thriving under it. The light is very bright, which my plants seem to love, but it doesn’t give off too much heat. I have a Monstera positioned directly underneath it, plus some mounted plants about six inches away, and none have shown signs of burning or heat stress, which has been an issue with other grow lights I’ve used. One small downside—mine arrived with a slightly bent metal lip, which was annoying when I unboxed it. But once it was hung up, I couldn’t even notice it, so I didn’t bother with a return. Also, the timer options (9 or 14 hours) feel a bit awkward; I wish there was a 12-hour setting. Overall, for the price, it’s a great grow light that works well, installs easily, and keeps my plants happy. Definitely recommend! ... show more

    • Impressive quality light for the price, as expected from Barrina!
Needed some extra light for a fiddle leaf fig and angle wing begonia. This was easy to set up, and has worked well so far. The plants are very happy to have the extra light, and as an added benefit, the seat nearest to this light has become a favorite for hand sewists and knitters in the family, who enjoy having the extra visibility it provides. The light is bright without being blinding, and seems to have a high CRI without visible flickering or making colors look "wrong". The timer function has worked well so far, turning on and off as scheduled each day. Luckily, I haven't had it get unplugged in the middle of a scheduled on-period, which would require re-setting it. The built in time periods are a little bit limited, but it's better than requiring a separate timer, so I'm happy with it so far. ... show more

I have the double version of this light in my living room, but I needed another one for my rubber tree in our office/game room. I knew this would be perfect. I don’t use the timer, but I do love that it’s an option, for if we ever go out of town. My plant is very happy and is throwing huge leaves. I'm trying my hand at growing a Xanthosoma indoors for the first time and needed a supplemental light since it would not hang close enough to my Barrina strip lights. I love that this has a built-in timer! The timer times aren't standard (9 hrs, 14 hrs) but I have it set on 9 hrs and figure the remaining three hours can come from the nearby Barrina strip grow lights that I have set up on wireless plugs to turn off at the 12 hr mark. The first light I got worked fine but the switch on the cord did not function properly. I did a return through Amazon and the replacement works just as it should. Before I did the Amazon return I reached out directly to Barrina. I didn't hear back from them so I did it through Amazon to get it sorted. Three weeks after I contacted Barrina, they emailed me back completely apologetic about the delay ~ their email system glitched and it lost a bunch of emails, mine included. The fact that they reached out to me despite it having been three weeks showed me they really do care about their customers!!!! Kudos to their customer service! I love Barrina's products and have 30 feet of their grow lights in my home, and another 55 feet or so of their shop lights in my workshop. I will continue to use their products and recommend to all of my planty friends! ... show more

I was looking for a corded electric hanging grow light and love that it is 16 feet long!!! Light is bright and has 3 settings on the timer. Great price and definitely will be purchasing another one. A 2 pack of them would be great as an option to purchase. Never disappointed in your grow lights 👍

    • light comes with broken cable
The media could not be loaded. the cable this light comes with is VERY faulty. I returned one already that wouldn't even turn on the bulb. The 2nd one the light constantly flickers on and off, and it won't even stay on for a few hours. If I plug the light into a 3rd party extension cord, it turns on and stays on no problem! I'm tried of returning this stupid light just to get another one with a broken cable! I am uploading a video of me trying to turn on this light with the cable that comes with it. The light can never stay on! ... show more
