This is one that’s safe for contacts. I do my upper water line and it goes on smoothly and stays for the most part. I can imagine if you use it anywhere but the water line, it might stay on longer. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t keep a pointed tip. So not for a thin line.

This does go on very smoothly but it is not water proof or smudge proof. I have somewhat drooping eyelids and before I even get to work I have a black stripe on my eyelids and totally worn off by lunch. I would not recommend this for older women.
