I expected a slightly limp very light chair, this chair is stout, it is a bit short but pumps up very high! The instructions are no good but if you’re halfway handy you can figure it out! Goes together very easy and very quick. It’s a overall good quality chair for any barbershop

My husband is a barber, and we ordered this chair as an upgrade. The chair is off white but still very pretty. The shipment came in 2 boxes but were delivered separately. Amazon did not notify us of a second box, so when we received the first box that we were able to track, we thought pieces were missing. Contacted the seller and they very kindly informed us that a second box was being delivered on the same day. We get the 2nd box and start assembling the chair. The manual included in the box is not helpful at all. The labels of the various nuts, bolts, etc. are not clear, so you have to play around with stuff during assembly. Later on, the seller very kindly provided a clearer manual so you may want to contact them as soon as you order to get a good manual with instructions. Part of our chair (the leg rest), had a rip. Contacted the seller and they offered a partial refund for the part or a replacement part. We opted for the refund as the tear is not easily visible and should not get worse. After we get the chair assembled, we noticed the reclining bar was not attached to the spring. This happened on my husband's busiest workday, so we had to call in a handyman to get them to reattach the reclining bar. For the price of the chair, we would have liked for things to have gone much smoother than they did with this purchase. However, the chair itself is nice looking and it is comfortable for my husband's bigger clients. The seller is very responsive and polite too.

The media could not be loaded. The only issue I had with this chair was putting the seat base nut together because of the snug fit, but I used a mallet and could finish it! Also, the turning is slightly tight, but I’m sure it's because it's new. Besides the two issues, my clients and I love the chair and the affordable price that still gives you all the needs within a barber chair. I wanted to get a high-quality chair and thought that I was settling with purchase, but after the setup, I realized I would have wasted unessisary money when this product meets the needs, including the hight range

I establish locks and clients have to sit for hours. And I was concerned about some of the cheaper versions of this chair being comfortable so I went ahead and got this chair. So far so good everyone loves it, and find it quite comfortable and love how when they're laid back the footrest goes up as well so that is added comfort and I'm glad. My husband put it together in a snap we followed the instructions the little spring loaded portion where you put the lever is a little tricky but you just have to play around with it it's not as hard as you would think.

Update! Customer service is amazing! Thank you Bryan from barberpub and Abby/Vivian from ExacMe! The replacement piece was shipped to me right away and I was able to install it with no problem! Thanks again I’m very happy with my new barber chair! ❤️❤️❤️ So I will say that delivery was prompt, but upon opening the box I was immediately aware that the metal base for the arm rest was broken. I took the liberty of assembling the chair anyway hoping the armrest would stay on once assembled, (see attached video for results) and in doing so I also found that the pin that goes in the top of the hydraulic pump which stabilizes the chair did not fit in the hole and was too strong to be bent. Besides that the chair is beautiful and was exactly what I wanted, had it arrived in one piece. Now let’s see how good/bad the customer service is.

Great chair! Super comfortable. But a bit wobbly. Think it’s probably something to do with the way the hydraulics sit on the base. Idk if there is a way to fix but if anyone that has this chair has any recommendations that would be great! Overall great chair. Bryan in customer service was my roll dawg putting it together since instructions were so vague!

The chair itself is awesome! The instructions and customer support are awful. If you need tech support or someone’s help putting it together, you have to email. Instructions are generic and not necessarily instructions for your particular model. We finally figured it out after 3 hours!!! If you have patience…this could be the chair for you.

This is my first chair. I picked it because it was unique to what I was looking for in eight year. It fits my style and taste. It is a very comfortable feel and the leather is very nice. Very eye-catching to my clients and friends. The only drawback is the assembly. Not enough assembly notes so you have to be a mechanically inclined person to put it together. Outside of that I am very impressed with the chair. It took me about an hour to an hour and a half to fully assembled it. And it is worth the price.
