As a salon owner & stylist, I wouldn’t recommend this product! The chair was very poor quality, but the material of the actual chair was great quality and looked so professional. The sturdiness of the base and attachment to the hydraulic was very concerning. I was scared to sit in it & I’m 128lbs. I would never let a client sit in this chair. When I tried to return, the seller did all of the troubleshooting as usual without a fix because the chair was not made with quality materials. They didn’t want to take the chair back, but I am currently in the process of a refund.

Chairs are beautiful. They are comfortable, the color is gorgeous, and assembly was easy. They are big. Though they are heavy, they do lean forward a bit if you sit too close to the edge.

Terrible hydraulics and cheap base. Can tip very easily. Makes a weird popping sound when you're sitting in it. Clients ask if they going to break the chair. Don't recommend!

The assembly process was straightforward; however, the chair does not maintain its stability over time. The screws frequently become loose, and the chair begins to creak when I adjust it or move it. I am considering replacing it with another chair in the near future.

I put the chair together and that was pretty easy. BUT it lasted about two months. It was so loose/ it would rock back and forth. The foot step would always loosen and was sooooo loud. My clients complained. It was terrible!!! When you get color on high quality salon chairs, you can take hair bleach to get the color off. Not with this one, once color falls on it, it's stained!

The chairs don’t go high enough at all to do a haircut, and as you’re sitting on them they slowly start to go back down. Can’t use them in a full functioning hair salon. Also the assembly was horrible and the chairs didn’t even have holes to put the screws in we had to drill the holes in ourself. They also tip forward if you lean towards the front of the chair which is dangerous for a lot of clients. 0/10
