The packaging was completely damaged and when I opened it up to put it together there were missing parts and some pieces were broken I needed this chair to start working and now I can’t until I receive a new chair . Now I’m out of money and have to wait for a new one to arrive. Plus it’s so heavy and I have to return it to a USPS store !! Unacceptable!! ... show more

The chair was so easy to put together. A bit heavy, but easy. You can adjust how high or low the chair goes. Looks very professional. The sturdiness is very firm and comfortable. It's not too space consuming and perfect for tall or short clients!
