The media could not be loaded. Don't know what the complains are about. What do you want from a steel bar? Came packaged well with all parts. Nice and heavy feel to it. Had a curl bar and needed a straight one for home gym. Its perfect. Only thing, the screw on collars are annoying and time consuming. So, I ordered collar clamps to replace the screw on ones that come with the bar, makes everything quicker and easier! See video! I got the bar for $19.95 as a deal of the day, the clamps cost around $8, still didn't come out near the original price of the bar itself, which is 39.99. Great deal! ... show more

I originally bought this a few months ago at $27 and it was a great bargain deal. However, checking now, it seems like they raised the price to $40, which is about the same price for just the Chrome barbell. At the current prices, I recommend just getting the Chrome barbell instead. The collar locks for the black barbell bar are kinda bad and slip fairly easily because there's no rubber o-ring to secure the weights. ... show more
