After placing on standard CAP Olympic bar, it would not fit snug enough to stop spinning freely. This problem was compounded by the velcro closures are not quite enough and when pulled to close gap and tighten on bar the velcro does not li e up and will not attach. In order for velcro to attach it leaves a sizeable gap, which allows rotation. Doesn't necessarily mean much for standard squats, but doing zercher squats or pelvic lifts/hip thrusts the pad will rotate and the bar will fill the gap and now you have bar pressure on your body instead of padding. If those issues are corrected it could be a decent pad, but until they do don't waste your money.
