    • NO SUPPORT FROM AMAZON AT ALL!

Ordered 4/20. Price was OK (108) and assembly was literally only putting in 10 screws. BUT they will be the most FRUSTRATING SCREWS YOU WILL EVER INSTALL. THE ALLEN WRENCH INCLUDED IS TOO LONG TO TURN IN any OF THE SPOTS THE SCREWS GO. There is torsion on the metal parts so its very hard to align the screw inserts with the screws through the access holes and invariably they will cross thread. Most of the time I was able to get the bolts threaded correctly but one of the seat bolt inserts stripped completely out as I was tightening it (before it got very tight at all!). There is NO option for getting replacement parts and the ONLY recourse for problems is disassembling the stools and repackaging them to return for refund. SCREW that!!!! I assumed these were from a third party but AMAZON is the seller and has ZERO support!!!) Unbelievable! Hoping someone at Amazon sees this review as basically I just paid for BOTH chairs but only have ONE and can do nothing about it. BO. GUS. ... show more

This was garbage. The pre-drilled holes in the seat where you connect the legs weren't even close to matching up. That made this purchase useless, and all the more frustrating with a thirty dollar shipping fee. No negative reviews, so there was no way for us to know. Do not buy.

This set of two bar stools is quite nice and very reasonably priced as compared to other such offerings on Amazon. They've been fairly easy to assemble, overall, it took me around 30 minutes to assemble both the stools. There is an instruction manual provided, although it doesn't have any words, but the pictorial representation of assembly instructions is good enough. All the hardware required to assemble like nuts and bolts and the hex key are labeled well which makes assembly a breeze. The materials of the seat are decent, it is PU leather which has a decent life. It will eventually wear off and become unusable, but that's in about 5 to 7 years of time if kept well. One downside of these chairs is that they do not rest well on hardwood floor. They continue to slip as you are trying to sit or in case you are trying to move while sitting. That's possibly because there are plastic stoppers at the lower end touching the wooden surface. They do not have any grip. These should have ideally been rubber stoppers. That is the reason why these bar stools get one rating point less. Overall, however, still very satisfied with this pair of bar stools. Would still recommend this. ... show more

Nice height and has a comfortable foot rest. I am starting to get on board with the faux leather. Nice alternative. Has a quality feel. While its not leather I dont think most people will be able to tell the difference.
