Bought one of these to test. Great light if you don't need theatrical dimming. I plugged it into an Elation dimmer pack and used ADJ's MyDmx to control it. It powers on when the dmx fader reaches about 30% and turns off when the fader is below 10%.

At 1st I bought the 120* lites. The light was too dispersed. I traded them in for the 15* spread. As u can see from the pic these lites light up the alter area perfectly and with each bulb only using 40 watts over the 500 incandescent bulbs and with far less heat this was a win win win situation. I chose the 2700 color range to replace incandescents, the higher color range was too blue. These are great upgrades. ... show more

Worked pretty well in our church. Bright and less consumption and heat which is a huge plus! I think the original bulbs were brighter but these work well. We use them for lightning the pulpit do the pastor can read.

These 15 degree LEDs are NOT narrow spots. They are very wide floods in a standard PAR64 can. Replacing some 500W halogen spots that were actual spot lights, these 15* LEDs light up the entire stage in the exact same position. They are very bright, dim really well with standard par64 dimmer packs, but they are floods. ... show more
