Amazing,it comes with all of these items and for a great price. The long antenna gives you great communication for a long range. It is solid and works amazing. It having 2 batteries mens you always have the power, you can keep one on the charging dock and one in the radio and it charges quickly so the battery is ready to use as soon as the one you have dies. Unfortunately the programming degrades over time with use, but the reason for 4 stars is that you can use the same programming method to re flash the band programming for continued use.
