I ordered this mini fridge online for my granddaughter for Christmas. The only thing that she really wanted. When plugged in, the refrigerator made a loud rattling noise. It would not cool or freeze no matter what we tried. And eventually stopped working altogether. I had a very unhappy granddaughter. I messaged the seller about the problem with the fridge, very distraught at how I was supposed to send this large thing back, but the seller instantly messaged me back. They gave me tips on what to try to get the refrigerator working. Then told me not to worry about sending it back, they already had a new replacement on the way. The new refrigerator worked perfect. Very quiet running, with an ice tray which she loves. The product itself is wonderful and if I could give the seller an extra 5 stars for customers service I would. Perfect mini fridge. Runs super quietly. Both freezer and fridge have a good amount of space. I break my meats packs down into ziplock bags for more space but its really not necessary. Comes with ice tray and and ice scraper for freezer. Ice scraper did the job. I emptied the freezer and was able to de-ice with scraper without having to turn of fridge. I would have given this unit 5 stars, but it came damaged as seen in the attached photos. The unit is nice, perfect for small spaces, and the fridge and freezer work well. It looks nice, with the exception of the large dent on the side edge.

I am pleased with this refrigerator because of the high quality fit and finish. The seals have a nice feel to them and are applied evenly so you get a good pressurized seal when you close the unit. This unit makes far less noise than the old one it is replacing. I am replacing the old unit mainly because it lets too much moisture in and the freezer becomes a solid cube of ice every month needing to be defrosted. The weight of this unit was light enough that I could lift it myself without too much trouble. I was disappointed that Amazon delivered it in front of my garage door and not my front door. I don't like this because 1) I have a large blind spot from inside my card of anything sitting on the ground, such as a refrigerator; 2) my best camera is on the front door and I can see the package has been delivered and is safe until I am available to bring it inside. I found the unboxing incredibly easy. You can cut the straps and lift off the box and then it is sitting on a small pallet. I opted to cut one side of the box and fold it away as I had to flatten it out to recycle anyhow. The unit is very well packed, I didn't notice any dents or scratches anywhere. I did notice on the top of the fridge towards the back there is some wear on the paint and I don't think that happened in transit - it is a small defect from when they manufactured and manipulated the refrigerator prior to packaging it. You have to do a few things to start this fridge: 1) my unit was sitting on its cord and bent the prong slightly, I had to unwind the power cord one time from under the fridge; 2) remove the plastic from the exterior, interior trays, and remove the foam from the top glass shelf; 3) install the plastic handles (sadly they are not metal) and I used a rubber mallet for this as they were hard to push on by hand; 4) unscrew the side screws and attach the metal bottle opener; 4) level and secure the unit; Overall my experience is very positive. A few minor issues that I noticed were that the inside of the unit was slightly dirty. I am going to clean the inside of any unit before I use it, no matter how it looks, but this one had some dirty marks inside. The unit isn't level, there is a slight wobbly to one side, but I found the front legs of the unit can be adjusted to get rid of the wobble. Conclusion: a very attractive unit with intelligent design choices throughout. This is a review of initial quality and if I remember I will write a review in a few months or even a year to let you know how the longer term quality holds up. I especially want to keep an eye on how well the freezer works as this has been a pain point for my other units from other manufacturers. ... show more

I had a problem with the fridge. Within 5 days I had a new one and it is everything that I expected it to be. The temperature holds, the freezer is large and there is no noise to speak of. I would highly recommend this item to anyone who is interested in having a small refrigerator.

This is a nice little unit. It has more. Room than I expected. Freezer is cold in minutes. I put an Ice cube tray in it. Within an hour I had Ice. I was shocked. The fridge has a light when you open the door. Gets cold quickly. Perfect for my camp. It is lightweight. Their customer service is great. Packaged very secure wooden on top and bottom with havy duty corner posts to protect from corner damage. I contacted them thanking them for great packaging. Let them know a small ding. From Shipping partner damage in the side.. Bangsons was the best customer service I have ever had. I would buy from this company any time! ... show more

Dont get this fridge, just for the fact theyre trying to stop me reviewing this negatively. Due to this, im giving it an even worse review. "Poor design There’s quite a few options for 3.2 cubic ft mini fridges. Don’t get this one. It does the job but poorly designed.
