I had to return due to battery issues but the few minutes they played they were unbelievable Earbuds for crisp clear sound I’ve only heard from top tier Bose headphones. Every little sound was so unbelievably clear it’s hard to describe. Superb! Excellent sound for a "wireless" unit and comfortable. Stays put while exercising, including treadmill jogging, and easy buttons. Wish the battery life were longer, Id get one for my daughter who uses earbuds all the time, but for me, it's just fine!

I love these earbuds. The sound quality and I love how you can change the sound with the app. My only issue with these earbuds is the actual earpieces. They don't fit very well (any size) and fall out easily.

    • B&O not a user friendly support environment
Does not charge, so I cannot tell what the sound is like. The booklet says there is a B&O app but the app does not have an option to pair this iteration of headphone. Tried to send a question on the B&O site, and the site keeps popping up a help menu that erases the question page. Then I registered my product on the webpage, and the email link takes me to my "profile" page--it has my name and email, but you can't go anywhere from it, which is odd, unhelpful and not user-friendly. I have not had such problems with a tech product in my life. My Bose sound sport set up in 5 minutes, no sweat. This is unbelievably dysfunctional, and a waste of my time. Update—the help desk did reach out to me and advised me to delete and reload the Bluetooth and that helped. After waiting overnight, the earbuds did charge. Still, the user experience was subpar and I still cannot find and earpieces that keep them in my ears without constant repositioning, even when I’m just sitting at my desk. Sound is ok if you get it sitting in the ear canal correctly (and it will stay put.) The control on the cord is confusing and since I don’t have the APP to use (not compatible with my model) it is awkward to adjust, and I have to reopen and re select every time I use on my computer, it’s not automatic. ... show more

    • Didn't fit in ears and cord too short so they dropped off without my knowing
So disappointed -- theses wireless headsets didn't Stay well in my ears, they would not stay in. I just received these yesterday and I was shopping at grocery store today and left them hanging around my neck--HUGE MISTAKE!!!! When I left store I realized since the cord was so short, they slipped off my neck and dropped somewhere in store. I went back and walked the entire store, checked with lost and found and nothing -- so disappointed in product and my fellow shopper- 1 day and $ 249 later..... no product at all, not even one that didn't work well. I'll stick with my $45 LG Wireless - I slipped because they were pink and cute😓😭. I hope I taught my children to be better and turn things in if they find them. I guess I learned a lesson-- functional not fashion when buying headsets-- my recommendation is to avoid and buy LG wireless - even if they aren't cute. ... show more

I don't know what to say..... It has charging issue, there's weird sound came out when I charged it. Plus, it couldn't turn on at all after I charge it till green light. I didn't expect i would receive a defective product from a such famous brand, b&o. Really disappointed 😔
