Update: 8/5/24 the company did reach out to me about how sorry they are in the product straps and offered me a full refund. With this in mind I am bumping it up to 4 stars as that is great customer service and I am still enjoying the product even if the straps aren’t placed right. This is actually pretty comfortable. It washed nicely out of the bag. I got the version that has straps on the corners instead of like a fitted sheet and the straps weren’t placed right. My mattress is only 14” and when trying to stretch to go under my mattress it ripped the seam where the strap is. It would not fit the corners. I did not want to waste my time returning it so I tucked the straps under and just placed the fitted sheet over it to hold in place. Otherwise very much like this material. Doesn’t go flat like a previous topper pad I got. Maybe just don’t get the corner strap version like I did. ... show more

We tried breathing life into an old flat mattress with this topper though it wasn't fit to the task. It's a nice topper but it's definitely not 2in thick. I'd say it's good for the price but if you're looking for something nice and thick, look elsewhere
