I have a set of twin toddlers so I purchased two of these mattresses. So far so good, I do agree with other reviews that the mattresses are firm but still comfy for your littles. These are nice and sturdy and have a bit of weight to them. I waited a full 24 hours before use so they could fully fluff out and they are nice and chunky. Based off or the reviews I went ahead and ordered mattress protectors although technically these mattresses come in one. Didn’t want to take any chances. I expected this to expand such that the sides would become flat, but after a few weeks it’s still kind of rounded on the sides and not as tall as it could be. I have a three month old who was using a mattress my sister passed down to us, but when I realized it was probably over ten years old I decided it was time for a new one. I tried three others before I finally settled on this mattress and it’s a keeper! This one was recommended by my sister. She also uses this mattress for her one year old and 2.5 year old.
