So this took us a while to put together, but it is an absolutely beautiful addition to the room and wood is so pretty. I do wish the drawers had a bit smoother of a rolling mechanism but it’s perfect for what we’re using it for.

Over-all. I am very happy with this product. The seller packaged it very well and it came quickly. Pretty easy assembly. Although, I did have to redrill a couple of holes in order to assemble properly. All parts were included, including a small screwdriver. It fits nicely under my kitchen counter where my dishwasher used to be. It isn't a high-end product, but feel it was worth what I paid for it. Color is not exactly the same on the various pieces - some sides of drawers may be lighter or darker than others - but the overall appearance looks fine if that is not an issue. It is not a heavy-duty storage unit - but plenty sturdy for my needs. ... show more

We purchased this on the 27th of August. Shipped quick and delivery was great. Went to assemble the product and everything was going great until we started to put the drawers in. The second drawer from the top would not go in, but the other three went in just fine. Took a closer look and the rail that the drawer is supposed to ride on was set uneven on the left side. We emailed and contacted customer support, and have not received a response. This was done on the 4th of September. The product itself is beautiful. We had requested to just be sent the whole left panel, instead of sending out a whole unit. We are able to take it apart enough to just replace the left panel that has the uneven rail. I thought about just popping off the rail and putting it back on evenly, but its attached to 1/4" plywood, and the risk of breaking it is too high. Would hate to take it all apart just to send back. We took pictures and sent them to AMAZON and the seller...... still waiting. WILL UPDATE ONCE A RESPONSE IS MADE. ... show more
