I got this tree because my mom wanted a Balsam Hill tree really bad. So I bought this as an early Christmas gift. We are very disappointed. It took an hour to try to fluff the branches and it basically looks bald if you bump the tree it tips sideways very easily. It's supposed to be 6 ft tall but I'm 5'3 and it's not much taller then me. For the $200 I paid for this tree I should have just got one at Walmart. Very unhappy. I thought this was going to be a beautiful tree and it's just garbage. Now I'll have to buy another tree next year to replace this. ... show more
