This tree was a big disappointment! Pieces of the tree were falling off before we even got it out of the box. Some of the light strands were wrapped around two branches together so the tree could not be properly “fluffed”. For the cost of this tree, it was definitely not worth the money. When I sent it back, the $70 shipping charge was deducted from my refund. Very disappointed with Balsam Hill! Not at all what I expected. We went to Home Depot and bought the 2025 “viral tree” with twinkle lights and absolutely love it! So Much Better!
