I ordered these cameras about 4-5 months ago with their compatible app that you get right on your phone the picture and sound quality is impeccable! ( including at night) with an wide field of view these have definitely lowered my anxiety about the security of my home. I have all angles easy to access and view at any point! You can also communicate through them with the choice of identified alerts. Especially to watch your car when parked on a street and receiving packages you no longer have to worry!!!

When these went on sale for Amazon day we decided to swap to Blink from our old fashioned wired CCTV camera with DVR. What an improvement! This is the extra cameras I bought and they are compatible with the others. They have very good video quality and detection accuracy and work well to protect our home and property. The best part about them is that you can mount them anywhere as they need no wires. Our batteries won't last two years because we have a lot of activity setting them off, but the batteries are inexpensive and easily obtainable. The image is clear, bright, and easy to view on my phone.

The media could not be loaded. Blink is the way to go for security cameras. Less expensive, expandable, and battery operated, which means NO WIRING, and very portable. I reposition quite a bit. I also bought the super module (10 cameras). I'll attach sample pics & a video. One suggestion is to make a list of the s/n, location and battery installation date, and update it as you relocate position or change batteries. Locations with more frequent activity will use batteries MUCH FASTER. I use lithium batteries (Amazon) and have found some need replacing in just a couple of MONTHS. Nowhere near the claimed 2 years.

I have several of the 3rd gen and thought I would try some of the 4th gen. 4th gen have a clearer picture, especially at night. Little wider field of view as well. So far I don't have the dropped connection with the gen 4s that I have had with the gen 3. Sound is better, quality looks just as good or better. Waiting on some adapters to hook up the solar chargers I currently have then will finish installing the rest. I also had to order different camera holders as the ones for my gen 3 will not work with the gen 4.
