The instructions on how to assemble this consists of a few photos. Cropped. Zoomed Blurry. The sellers/mfg phone number and email contact are invalid. The chair name is so generic that I can't Google to find a video on how to put it together. Transfered 13 times and had to retell the story 13 times to 13 different Amazon Customer service agents as I kept being cold transferred from one Amazon customer service representative to the next. Their suggestion to me was for every agent to give me the phone number and the email address that I told them that I already had and tried to contact that was invalid. EVERY SINGLE AGENT suggested this even though the history of the chat shows that I had already attempted to do that. I googled "Ball and Cast" and it took me to a website in which it has the invalid phone number and email address for contact is on the item seller page on Amazon. Also, when I ordered this specific chair from this specific link it had a 4.8 rating. From the time I ordered it and waited to get it the star rating went all the way down to one and has fluctuated since. If I could figure out how to properly assemble the chair without instructions I may be able to give a proper review. I have tried, multiple times to assemble it and what I thought would make sense, but if step one can't be done the rest same to not to be able to fall into place. The clarity and size of the "installation instructions" that I am attaching here are just as clear in the manual. No words for installation instructions, just very poor photos. Maybe the seller / manufacturer will read this and reach out with some actual instructions? Also worth noting that some of the agents also simply just told me to return the item... is it for turning this 100 lb item is not going to be a problem. after all the 13 transfers I received an email from the last agent which is supposedly a supervisor in which they stated I am faxed could not return the chair. Yet 2 hours before ordering the chair a few weeks ago I confirmed with Amazon customer service and they in fact assured me that if it needed to be returned I could return it. Madness. ... show more

Chair is awesome! The bright blue side light is a bit much though. I haven’t been able to figure out how to turn it off, if it’s an option.

Do not buy this chair! It's very cheaply made. And amazon is taking forever to refund me! They took the package and keep delaying the refund process. I contacted them and they lied to me about the refund day and tried to blame me??? Good thing I always keep screenshot of the conversation. The agent from the fullfillment center was rude to me as well. It's funny how it's only take them a few second to charge my card but I have to give them 1 month to give me back MY money.
