I’ve literally gone through 5 sets of stools.. went from spinning to stationary to backless to wooden stools then to large upholstered spinning stools to these. I wanted something counter height but not too wide to allow me to fit 4 stools at my counter. I learned my lesson the hard way so I started out just ordering ONE stool this time... instead of all 4. I didn’t dare ask my husband to assemble yet another stool ! It was Surprisingly easy to assemble myself with just an Allen wrench (that was provided). Took me about 15 minutes. The height is perfect. The seat spins very nice and the seat is padded and not too wide! Should defiantly be able to fit 3 more stools around my counter!

I'm not going to lie...I was looking for stools for about 3 months. I saw these and they were perfect. I didn't know how great they would be since they were priced so reasonable but they are amazing! We ordered 6 stools and my husband and I put them all together in a couple hours. Very simple and straight forward. Definitely a great deal at a great price!!

***UPDATE TO ADD*** Now TWO of THREE Oof these stools have broken, spilling swivel bearings all over the place. We are a retired couple and have had them 5 weeks. The stools arrived promptly and in good shipping condition. Assembly was a little difficult in getting a good, flush seat of the upper part of the legs into the base the swivels on (my husband is a hardware store manager, for reference). They seemed sturdy, made out of heavy, good quality materials. I'm only giving 3 stars because within days of receiving them and assembly, we accidentally knocked one of the three over (they're fairly top heavy) and when it hit the floor, the ball bearings from the swivel mechanism came pouring out all over the floor. Evidently they didn't all come out because it does still swivel but I feel it should be more durable than it was.

I purchased 3 of these stools for my kitchen. It did take me a couple of hours to put them together but I was doing it by myself. The stools are beautiful and quite furable. I have 3 young boys that are rough on everything and the stools seem to be holding up to them. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Put these at the kitchen counter. They are very sturdy and look very classy. They don’t wiggle side to side like many other stools do after some use. Would definitely recommend these stools!!

I needed bar stools for my beach house and didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg. I really wanted the white ones but they were unavailable. So I took a chance on these and boy am I thrilled I did. They are amazing!! They are sturdy, comfortable and swivel nicely. People will be able to swivel are to watch TV and will be completely comfortable. If you are wondering what color the seat is like I was because it is NOWHERE in the description, it is a dark dark brown. I wanted black but they are so dark I had to take a chair outside in the daylight to see if it was black or brown. So I’m happy with them. For the price they are fabulous. They are every bit as nice as the ones I bought for home at Ballard Design which were almost $400 per chair!

These barstools are nice looking and heavy. They are lighter in color than I expected. Based on the pictures I expected them to be a little darker and be more grey washed than they are. But they still work fine with the rest of my furnishings. I ordered two thinking they would be bulky and that I would only be able to fit two stools under the counter without it looking/feeling over-crowded. Once I had these sitting at the counter height bar I realized I could put one more stool at the counter. So I ordered a third stool that will be delivered within 48 hours of me placing the order. If your looking for big and bulky these probably aren't the stools for you. They are easy to assemble but you will definitely need two people when attaching the seat back and foot rest. The first stool went together perfectly no issues at all. The second stool was a little more complicated. When I attempted to install the seat back I discovered an issue with the depth of the holes the bolt goes into and the length of the bolt for the 4 side bolts. The bolt would not go in to the hole deep enough to catch until I removed the two washers. Once the washers were removed I was able to tighten down the bolts, not ideal but I made it work. The back rest is shorter than my previous barstools sitting just about an inch over the height of my counter, which is exactly what I wanted. I am happy with my purchase so far and I'm hoping that will not change once these barstools start getting used.

We bought these to replace our old stools at our kitchen counter/table and get used throughout the day daily. 4 months of use so far. Assembly- fairly easy as long as you have a small toolkit instead of the junk tools provided, I am used to building and working on cars and took me about 45min to assemble 6 of them. Comfort- is ok, the padding is almost nonexistent, but the backs are comfy with no protrusions Build quality-better than most, but still not what I would consider acceptable for the price paid. The finish is some sort of epoxy glaze faux distressed wood look over wood, and was chipped on several pieces, very minor. Overall structure has held up ok except the bearing assembly that the chair spins on, all of the chairs have had the factory installed hardware fastening the bearing assembly to the wood come loose requiring partial disassembly to fix, and the bearings themselves are very cheap ball bearings in a circular race open to contaminants and hard to grease, tolerances are non existent and there is a lot of lateral play; sadly, after looking at many different barstools they seem to be on par with even pricier options. -In total, they look nice, ok comfort for short periods, ok build quality about whats to be expected at this price point but generally still disappointing. They are easy to clean though.
