It gives support without having underwire, is soft and stretchy, has sewn-in foam pads that are not bulky nor too thin, has a decent amount of shape so you are not entirely sacrificing looks for comfort...I could go on. Comfortable. I ordered a Medium; I’m 5’1” and 125 lbs. Typically I am a 34 C. With this bra, I am using the last set of hooks…if I gain any weight, I’ll have to buy a large. Hope this helps with you choosing a size. It’s super comfortable and fits somewhat like a sports bra, but easy to get on and off and not as tight. No underwire but it’s supportive. The bra fits nicely and is very comfortable. The reason I gave it a 3 is that the straps slide off my shoulders and there is no way to tighten them. They didnt put anti-slip on the straps and I am very disappointed.
