I’ve spent hours and hours searching for the best outdoor fire pit and chair set, and I’m so glad I found this! My main considerations are price and affordability, quality and durability, comfort and appearance. We live in Northern AZ and we get really bad wind every time. So I needed a set that’s sturdy enough to withstand the elements and one that’s easy to clean and maintain. We have red dirt that spreads and sticks to every surface when the wind blows, so cushions are less than ideal. This Bali set came in earlier than expected and very well packaged. There was no damage or dents. Assembly was quite easy except for one of the chairs, which has a minor issue on alignment. But my husband managed to put it together, and although the chair doesn’t lay flat completely due to that problem, it didn’t make it completely unstable either. As I’ve mentioned, it’s quite minor. The set really elevated our floating deck ambience. It’s really beautiful. I’m loving the comfort, too! I’m also impressed with the back support the chairs provide. The chairs can be slightly rocked, they remind me of theater seats. You can sit on them for hours with no issues at all. It’s also very sturdy, well built, and beautiful smooth finish. It’s the best outdoor set I can find out there! It’s still a lot of money, but it’s more than worth it. But it is also cheaper than most I’ve come across with. The fire pit is beautiful and works perfect. It even comes with about 8lbs of blue fire stones that are so beautiful especially when lighted. It did not come with the glass, we had to order that separately, which by the way is very good quality, too! I highly recommend this set and I’m more than pleased with this purchase. Love my fire table and chairs.. The glass stone that it comes with tend to explode so be careful. Some.of the holes didn't line up right during assembly but we made it work...

Super fast shipping which was great since this was a surprise birthday present for my husband who was working out of town. Setting up wasn’t hard until we came to the chairs where unfortunately holes didn’t line up correctly which wasn’t allowing the screw to be put in (we gave up after fighting with 2 chairs) reached out to the sellers and literally best service ever they responded in 20 min tops and this was at almost 10pm. Explained in detail what was going on sent pics and automatically they were going to send replacement parts, they asked to put the other chairs together so they can send exactly what I needed but the other 2 were fine. Husband got home the next day and of course bob the builder was able to rig and maneuver in different screws and put the other two together. So overall experience even with the issue probably the best I’ve had ever buying online, plus once set up and turned on looks amazing can’t wait for cooler weather to really put it to use ... show more

Took me a little while to put this together, as would any lawn furniture that I put together outside with neighbor kids. Lol. If we can pit it together, anyone can! Had one weld joint that snapped, sent a notice to the company. They asked for a picture. Then they were polite and asked if I would be ok if they sent a replacement. Had a replacement part in a couple of days. Can't complain for that service! Weld joints break! Thanks for prompt service! ... show more

The design is simple, but the quality is really good. In winter, the family gathered around the table, roasted on fire and drank wine. It felt great. Installation is also relatively easy to understand, because it is equipped with an instruction manual, which can be installed one by one according to the order inside. Get what you pay for...instructions say to connect red wire..there is NO red wire. Won't work very disappointing

The chairs are very comfortable and the fire pit is easy to light. Assembly was straight forward and the two of us had it completely done in about an hour. Fabric is weather proof but we purchased the covers for all. I suggest that you spend the extra money for the glass wind guard for the fire table. It really adds something to the fire. ... show more
