I like these. They arrived promptly and in good condition. They're comfortable, with a wide elasticized waistband, and they have a drawstring if the elastic ever fails. The side pockets are amply sized, and made from the same thin 100% polyester material as the shorts - I'm baffled as to why the sellers feel it's unimportant to disclose materials! - so I wouldn't put anything heavy or pointy into them. I'm 5'9" 160 lbs, and the Large fit well. I possibly (?) could have gotten away with a M. The 10" inseam provides good coverage, and works well on the bike, but otherwise is a bit long for my liking, and I'd probably go with 9" for my next purchase of this type. ... show more

THEY HAVE LONG POCKETS!!!! I’m very tiny around the waist so I had to tie them but the tie is from the inside so you can hide it if you don’t want it to show. The laces on the tie are thin so they might not last in the wash but I haven’t washed them. Overall they are comfy and are thin so great for summer weather and they are sweat resistant. ... show more

These definitely run at least a size or two small. I ordered large, which is what my son usually wears now, and they fit more like a medium. The waistband is pretty tight and they actually look about the same size as a pair of medium Reebok shorts we have. He may even grow out of them before summer is over. I would’ve liked them to be a bit bigger or more relaxed in the waist without having to go up a size. It’s too late for me to return them so I’ll probably just order an XL or 2XL and give these to my husband to wear instead. Other than sizing they are soft and comfortable and seem to be constructed well. The price is very reasonable, especially when you buy more pairs, and the color variety & options are great. Blue shorts pictured are the medium Reebok’s with the exact same size waistband. ... show more
