There are some great features of this bed, and some I wish I could change. The 4 independent motors are fantastic! And they’re pretty quiet while operating. You can make every client personally comfortable. Plus, no more bending over breaking my back doing Brazilians! The padding is thick & luxurious, the leather is soft, it’s very aesthetically pleasing. It’s convenient that the armrests move down for face down massage, but they’re hard to figure out. The face hole is nice, but it always pops out on its own because there’s nothing to hold it in. The hand controller hangs in the middle of the bed - it should be at the end where I sit. Also, you have to chose which side you want it on because you can’t lift the bed on your own. It comes fully assembled, but the delivery guys had a difficult time maneuvering it into my space. It’s a nice large size, but keep in mind that standard massage table sheets do not fit!!! I had to buy several flat sheets to use as bottom and top sheets. Overall, it’s a nice upgrade from my portable table & I'm happy with my purchase. But hopefully the manufacturers read this and implement a few upgrades for their next model. UPDATE: 2 YEARS LATER: I am still pretty happy with my bed. I have not had any issues with its functioning, though the plastic on the buttons has broken (see pic). The head piece still falls through, and I have a hard time finding flat sheets in black. I end up buying twin flat sheets & they are too big, (hang down low on each side), but I don’t have much choice if I want black. Realize you still have a cord to cover like my pic above. It is super heavy - it has not moved an inch since it was delivered. And how I mentioned the controller is in the middle - if after a service, I sit the client upright, the controller hangs right at the bend & difficult to get to. The leather has held up nicely, as well as the cushioning. Still happy with purchase, I just hope they change a few things for their next model. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This treatment table is Posh! It's comfortable and can adjust to multiple positions due to the five motors. After installing it in place, I plugged it in and to my wondering eye, it had under-lighting. Color changing led with a remote. The hand held controller for the table says it has heat, but I've read differently due to the white material, the heat would darken that. I wonder if that applies to a heating mat on top. Winter is coming. Beautiful table, today will be its first day in service. Well worth the wait too. 7-8wks. ... show more
