A pair each of 10, 15, and 20 lb. High quality, easy to grip and hold on to. The rubber smell only lasted a couple days and I only noticed it on one set.

    • Nothing fancy but beware of rubber smell
Missed the reviews about the rubber smell before I bought this. At first, I only noticed the smell when using it but after maybe 30 minutes it started to fill my entire apartment. Had to run an air purifier to get the smell out and meanwhile left the dumbbells outside on my balcony to gas out. Hoping it’ll be better after a day or two, if not will try soaking in a baking soda solution and see how that goes.     • Nice hex weights
This was a good purchase. I ordered a pair of the 15 lb. weights, for general toning and workout use. The hex shape prevents the weights from rolling away when they're set down. The grip is knurled, adding to the control factor. The only (temporary) downside is the coating on the rubber/plastic shell surrounding the weights. The coating feels (and smells) a little like a petroleum-based chemical, and it did eventually go away. When not in use, I place the weights on a 12"x12" piece of corrugated cardboard, to prevent possible scuffs and staining on wood floors. There was a strong plastic like smell when I opened the box. I’m guessing it’ll go away. It was packed well. I got the 15lbs pair and it’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s a perfect addition to my home gym.
