The weight was correct but they smell sooooo toxic and the put this oil that DONT OPEN INDOOR YOUR FLOOR WILL BE SLIPPERY FOR DAYS !!!!! Even if you mop a lot of times. I have them for a week already wash them with a damp cloth and soap the weight still smell very strong !!!!!!! The dumbbells themselves are fine and I am disappointed I most likely will return them. They put an oil on them that gets all over the weighted part and the handle. The smells is so toxic that I had to put the boxes in my garage and wash the floor where I had the boxes for a day. There’s no instruction for cleaning them or label telling you what kind of oil is on them. That is wrong!! It was all over and I should know what it is. They need to warn you not to open them indoors. When you take them out of the sealed bag the oil gets all over you4 hands and the bag. They’re also slippery and you can easily drop one. I wiped them clean with a washcloth and the smell is very strong. I put them in my enclosed porch in hopes of a few days they will air out. If not they’re going back. I am in shock more reviews about this issue aren’t on here. I wanted a set but you’re better off buying them at a store separately. Ive seen them in the stores with no oil or toxic smell to them. ... show more
