These go on sale fairly frequently. Great deal when they are even with small amount for shipping. Plates were in great condition. No flaws or defects. Weighed in at 44.6lbs and 44.8lbs. Very acceptable. 2” has very little play. Fits very close to bar. I will be buying these again when they are on sal

Its....um A iron plate, with 1 in hole in the middle, with some stuff imprinted on it. You lift em, for no other purpose than because we humans now don't do enough crap in the normal course of a day, so now, we attach plates to stuff, n lift em. That was this is, and that's what it does! 😀

Taking Control of my Workouts

I belong to a gym that has around 10 barbell racks and has plenty of plates in the range of 10-45 lbs. It has 2 sets of 2.5 lb plates and 1 set of 5 lb plates. In order to consistently keep my strength training on track I decided to buy my own plates. These are a good affordable choice.
