I haven't been able to exercise on the floor because of fibromyalgia, which causes much pain whenever I press against any hard surface. I really wanted to do some floor exercises so I searched the internet for a nice thick but comfortable mat and this one was the best result. I have been able to do the exercises I wanted to do so I am very pleased about that. I was able to get the least expensive color since color was not an issue for me and so I was pleased with the price. It's not heavy at all and it folds up easily for storage. The one negative thing is that the covering is not that durable. The first time I used it my cat got on it with me and afterward I found 2 small holes from his claws. I don't think this will hold up to rough handling but I am going to be careful with it because I would like this mat to last . ... show more

I am very happy with this mat. I bought a few others online and as soon as I put any weight on them when kneeling, my knees were literally on the ground because they were so flimsy. This one is awesome though; it stays firm and provides really good knee support.
