I purchased two of these and used for my two full grown cats for a very long car drive. My cats did not always love it, but they did not hate these spaces. My one cat found a way to get out with the lower zipper until I tied them together. then no more escaping. The material is firm yet. Flexible I had a tightly packed car so that was helpful. There’s a lot of good airflow through them and cats can see through them, which I think is valuable for them. I would recommend these, especially compared to some of the hard cases I have purchased in the past and some of the nasty smelling soft cases.

This carrier is very well made and very roomy! When we adopted our orange boy, Emet, we quickly learned that he needed much bigger space for vet visits. This carrier is very roomy for him and our small girl, Ryne. I haven't connected it yet, but it comes with everything you could possibly need. Building was straight forward and material is very much washable. I am very pleased!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this cat carrier for the price. The handles on each side are comfortable, strong and large enough to slide your arm through to your shoulder to make it easier to carry. There is a large shoulder strap too that you can hook onto just 1 carrier or if they're both connected to hold both. I didnt think it would be comfortable/easy to hold both sides when they were connected and holding cats, but it actually worked surprisingly well. The soft sides of the carrier kind of wrap around your waist a bit which was actually more calming for my cats and not too bad to carry. The cats loved the carrier so much that when we got back home they wanted to stay in the carrier and would willingly go back into it before we put it up so I thibk they would say its comfortable. The zippers pull smoothly and though it took a second to get the end of the zipper on both sides to line up correctly it was very easy to zip them together afterwards. You dont have to hold them at a specific angle or keep the zippers lined up so they dont pull back apart like cheap zippers tend to do. The carriers fold down for easy storage which I love compared to the bulky plastic counterparts. When the ends are zipped up the carrier sits upright nicely without folding in on itself like i have seen other cheaper carriers do. The carrier is made of a nice slick material which is easy to clean should something spill or get messy as cats tend to do. All said, I would highly recommend this carrier for anyone with more than 2 cats.

We have four cats and are always using carriers, so I have a lot of experience with what makes one practical. Two of our cats are Maine Coon mixes and are around 25 pounds, and they fit in this carrier. If I need to keep one of them in the carrier for a longer period, I can remove the divider and turn it into one long carrier, giving the larger cat room to stretch out and sleep. The two compartments are also useful for our other cats because two of them will tolerate sitting next to each other, but they need personal space from the others. Being able to keep them in separate compartments and place them at opposite sides of the back seat is a big advantage. The carrier holds its shape well and stays upright rather than collapsing around the cats. It also folds easily for storage when not in use. The bottom mat is removable, which makes cleaning much easier. I also like that the floor can be fitted with a washable cover; I can easily make a minky cover for it so it doesn't retain the scent of another cat. The zippers feel like good quality, and the overall construction is solid. The exterior fabric is wipeable and does a good job of repelling liquids, which is particularly useful with pets. Overall, this is a very versatile carrier. Being able to use it as two separate compartments or one long carrier makes it useful for both multiple cats and larger cats that need additional room.

I ordered the BAGSMART Puffy Quilted Convertible 2-in-1 Dual Cat Carrier in the coffee brown color, and I'm really happy with it. The color is exactly what I was hoping for, and the carriers are a great size. My cats have plenty of room, and they seem comfortable inside. I really like that each carrier can be carried separately using either the shoulder strap or the attached handles. You can also connect the two carriers together, although I think it would be a little awkward to carry them that way. I bought this specifically for my cats, so I don't think I'll need to use that feature. There are breathable mesh windows all around, which provide plenty of airflow. Each zipper has a locking mechanism for added security, and there is a safety leash inside each carrier. The side pockets are also convenient for storing small items. The removable liner is solid and attaches with Velcro, which should make cleaning easier. I plan to use these primarily for vet visits, but they would also work well for travel or outdoor adventures. The only downside I've noticed is that the sides tend to cave in a little, although it doesn't seem to affect the overall structure too much. My cat doesn't seem to mind—in fact, she has already claimed one of the carriers as her favorite spot! Overall, I think this is a great dual carrier for the price. It's well-designed, has some really useful features, and gives me a convenient way to transport my cats.

I am really impressed with just about everything with this BagSmart puffy quilted convertible cat carrier! The only thing I’m not thrilled with is the price. At the time I ordered mine, it was listed for $69.99, which feels steep, especially when the current listed price is only $48.99. I think the current lower price is spot on, accurately reflecting the value and it’s worth that price for such an amazing carrier. First of all, this thing is huge! Even when you separate the two sides to make two individual carriers, they are much bigger than my previous cat carrier. My previous carrier was hard plastic on all sides so I would always cushion it with some thick towels or blankets. Inevitably, my cats would kick out the padding from underneath them so they were still sitting on uncomfortable. hard plastic. The only benefit to that is it was very easy to clean and sterilize. A couple of the cats I’ve had over the years would throw up or have other accidents on the way to or from the vet. Poor kitties! I actually lost my soul cat a year and a half ago and I’ve been grieving her so much that I’ve struggled with even the idea of getting another. Finally enough time has passed that my heart is open to the idea of getting a new best friend or two. I have just started looking at the local shelters and I’m trying to find a bonded pair so they have companionship even when I’m not around (I always rescue adult animals who don’t have as much of a chance as the kittens and puppies.) Knowing I am looking, when I saw this carrier, I ordered it so when I find the right friend or friends, I will be ready to go and adopt them and bring them home in style. I was also thinking that if I do only find one cat, I can use one side of this carrier to travel in the car and the other side can be set up in the house as a comfortable hiding place or bed so that the cat associates the carrier with safety and comfort. Comfortable they are! The base that attaches to the inside bottom of the carrier with a Velcro strip is soft and plush. Due to the Velcro, I won’t have the issue with kitties kicking any padding out from under them. Even if they did, the entire structure of the carrier on all sides is soft. The listing states that this carrier holds a total weight of 40 pounds or 20 pounds per side! I placed heavy books inside mine to test the weight limits and to see how easy or difficult it would be to carry weighted down, since I don’t yet have a new kitty, and after doing so I have faith that this carrier is indeed strong enough to hold the weight it claims to. Having a significant amount of venting on all sides will help keep pets cool with lots of air circulation. It’s more difficult to see in and out through the mesh sides than just open ventilation holes like my last carrier. Hopefully this means I won’t have to throw a towel over the top to hide the outside world from my scaredy cats! It’s also nice how you can roll up one side of the mesh and hold it in place with a snap. You can use this to connect the two sides or if you’re using it as a bed/hiding place at home so they have a nice, wide opening to go in and out. I appreciate the addition of a pocket on each side that can hold treats, toys, or medicine or whatever you choose. The straps are sewn extremely well and I don’t have any concerns that they may come off. Also nice is the included padded shoulder strap so you have options for how to carry it. If you are using this as a single carrier with both sides connected, I think it would be a bit unwieldy to carry because that makes this thing humongous, but I’m sure it’s quite doable. There are D rings sewn well onto the top to clip the shoulder strap to the carrier(s). There is also a strap inside. When I made my video, I misspoke. I suggested it may be to clip to a collar. That isn’t safe for any animals due to how collars choke them when pulled on so be sure to only use that strap with a harness. The benefit of the strap is that you can allow that rolled up side to be open when you are transporting your pet without them escaping. Everything about this carrier screams quality and comfort for your precious pets. When you aren’t using it, it folds up flat and takes up very little space. I absolutely love the neutral color too. All the colors offered look really nice. I am happy to highly recommend this comfortable, well made pet carrier!
