This table is extremely practical and it gets used every time I change my baby. I docked it one star for set up because its not the easiest thing to put together and took my fiance like 2 hours to set up. I bought the extra caved in changing mattress for extra padding and rolling control. I would buy this for anyone having a baby. Affordable, durable, practical, good quality, and it looks very nice. We put this up in our living room where we had been using a pack n play and this takes up way less space and looks so much nicer. Our laundry room is upstairs so having the laundry basket under to put dirty clothes in instead of piling up on the floor was so helpful. Easy to put together!

very good value but a wee bit hard to construct. My grandson is coming to stay so I decided to get a proper changing table, and did not want to spend huge amounts of money. I looked on a site which compared all changing tables and this one came out very well in their estimate, so I ordered it. I chose the darker color because it was even cheaper by a few dollars than the lightwood one. I am pretty good at putting things together (just did a crib and a baby swing!!) so I tackled this in a recent afternoon. It was a bit hard to understand the instructions but I did like the fact that the individual pieces were named and had letters on them (If only the baby swing I did had had the same idea it would have made it so much easier). Whoever designs the manuals and instructions need to understand that we are not all design engineers. But I managed and it is very nice. We love this. It is very sturdy if you put it together correctly (with the metal support bar underneath), so not sure why that is a complaint of some people. We did order a separate changing pad as the one it came with was very thin, and I preferred a changing pad that covered the open edges. The table is a nice height, though, as tall people a couple extra inches of height would have been helpful. The drawers fit a lot more than I expected and give us lots of storage. Very good quality. Made out of wood. End up, matching perfectly with the floor need we got. Beautiful white finish. The hamper is a great addition. The drawers are made out of a storage bed material but are very roomy. I had big bulky changing tables with my other two kids. This one is lightweight and very unique. We just had our 3rd baby and are in the process of DIYing her nursery furniture. Her changing pad will go on the dresser once it is finished. In the mean time, I thought it would be helpful to get a cheap changing table. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this changing table and baskets! It's very well made and looks nice in our room! She is in our room for the first few months anyways so this makes things so easy. I will probably keep using it even after her bedroom furniture is done in her nursery. (We are painting everything gray like this.) Now I can put other things on her dresser. If you are looking for a nice changing table, there's no need to spend hundreds of dollars. This one is really well made and very functional! We bought 2 changing tables, the Delta Children Eclipse Changing Table, Black Cherry, and this one, the Badger. I first put the Delta together and that kind of set the bar for me. It's sturdy and feels solid, was fairly easy to put together, and looks much more expensive than it is. Now on to the Badger - I'm actually shocked how such a flimsy product can get so many positive reviews. First off, putting it together was a chore. I've put many, many furniture pieces together. It's not hard for me. Yet this changing table was tough. The pieces are so cheaply made, and the connecting holes so inaccurate, that it takes quite a bit of pushing and pulling and cursing to get it to fit. Seriously, the quality of the "wood" is so bad, several pieces started to splinter when connecting them via the included screws. And no, I wasn't pulling them too tight. The laminate in 2 spots actually came lose before the thing was put together completely. But I can overlook all of that if it wasn't for the truly dangerous changing table part (top part). It's basically a very thin laminate wood piece that just slides into grooves in the upper portion. There is only one (1) stabilizing connector piece (metal) that you screw in on the bottom. So any weight that's to the left or right of that (= baby) is not supported by ANYTHING at all, other than the few millimeters of wood this plate is slid into. And keep in mind, the wood is really thin and of bad quality, you just look at this thing, you touch it and you KNOW it's going to come apart at some point. I should have taken pics of this POS before putting it together to explain this better and show all the different problem areas. Right now I can only show pics of some of the splintered parts that are visible. But the long and short of it is that this changing table just does not appear to be sturdy at all with a heavy baby on it. I will not put my kid on this but it works fine as a diaper and doodads holder. Not recommended. ... show more
