I was a little uncomfortable wearing it at first, but I got used to it quickly. It is well designed and does not press on the chest or shoulders, and is very comfortable to wear. After using it for a few days, I can clearly feel that my posture has become more upright and the pain in my back has been reduced. Wearing it every day at work makes me feel more energetic. I noticed results after the first day of using this. I got it mainly to support a damaged rib. This came up high enough for the support I needed. It is very comforting. My back and shoulders are definitely stronger. It’s easier for me to hold myself straight. It takes a few times to get the strapping system down. Look at the instructions…I didn’t my first time. It helps me to do it at a mirror. It’s not difficult there are 4 Velcro straps and a waist strap. This can be adjusted to basically any size. It can bother under arms if too tight. Definitely use an under shirt. I am thrilled with this purchase I’ve tried many before.

I always felt uncomfortable in my back due to bad posture, but after trying this back brace posture corrector, the effect was very good! After putting it on, my back felt well supported, and I no longer felt like I was hunching over when sitting or standing. It was designed to fit well, and the material was soft and did not rub against my skin. After a few days of use, I found that I naturally maintained the correct posture, and the soreness in my back was significantly reduced. It is definitely worth a try for people who sit or work for long periods of time!

Very nice back support, but it has flaws. The functionality of this product is awesome I could feel the support and the correctness of my posture quickly. Once everything was straightened out it was very easy to use. I ordered a medium and have a pouch it stretched over very comfortably. The downside of this product was the straps kept rubbing against my neck causing me to have irritation. Therefore I will be returning this item.
