This product effectively helps me maintain good posture by keeping my back straight. However, the bands that go around the shoulders and armpits are not very comfortable and tend to ride up. Working from home like the most of us, I developed terrible posture and a gut from sitting all day I couldn't get rid of. Squashing my torso together for 10 hours a day also made my gynecomastia far more visible. So I ditched my regular desk and office chair. Got a standing desk, and this posture brace to wear through the day. WELL. After only a week of standing with this on for a couple hours- my posture is better, my gut is reduced and from stretching my chest out my gynecomastia is visibly less noticeable as well. Is this a miracle product? Probably not- but if you need to stretch out your garbage-compacted-Covid-pandemic body, this will be a great tool to correct. ... show more

I absolutely love this brace! I’ve only had it on for 20 minutes though so I’ll be back for reviews on long term wear. So far, so good. I have pinched nerves in L4-L5, tendonosis in my right shoulder and arthritis and a plethora of other neck issues.
