I have been using the posture corrector girdle for a few weeks now and I can say that I am really impressed with its results. The brace is comfortable and easy to wear, and it has really helped me improve my posture. First of all, the girdle is adjustable and fits my body perfectly. It is also breathable, which means that I don't feel hot and sweaty when I wear it. In addition, the girdle is discreet enough to wear under my clothes without being noticeable. But most importantly, I have noticed a great improvement in my posture since I started wearing it. My back feels straighter and my neck and shoulders are more relaxed. I've even noticed a decrease in the headaches I used to get due to my poor posture. In summary, the posture corrector brace has been an excellent investment in my health. It is comfortable, easy to use and has significantly improved my posture in just a few weeks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their posture and reduce back and neck pain.

This was one of the less expensive belts on Amazon. And I think it works pretty well. It has 2 vertical stabilizer rods sewn in to help keep your back straight. My only caution would be, don't use your waist measurement for the size. Measure under the ribcage. I wear 32" waist pants and I ordered a Medium. the Medium fits me a bit tight, but that is what I want. If you are borderline going to the next size up, you might want to consider moving up a size. I'm totally satisfied with this purchase.

I wanted this for both back support and posture. Still acclimating to it. Not as stiff as I had expected, but then, the comfort level is higher because of it. Straps could be just a bit longer to wear lower. It helps.

I rarely write reviews. So I’m making this brief ~ Pros- 1: Frankly one of the best back braces I ever wore keeps my back in place throughout my entire shift - 2: It’s rather durable I had no problems so far. Protected my lower back from an projectile box ~ Cons- 1: The fabric is not breathable at all. not suited for warehouse work at all. My shirt is drenched with sweat after every shift. ~ 2: The straps are really wide. I’m a guy with broad shoulders and they get in my way allot when I’m lifting/loading even loosening the straps a little it still bothers me a bit. ~ 3:The Velcro range is rather short I have a relatively skinny waist and yet it annoys me having to take off one of my shoulder straps just to take off the vest. (This one is personal preference) - IMHO you get your moneys worth if your on a budget, if you work in a warehouse and don’t want to look like you jumped in an pool every shift. I’d steer clear and try to look elsewhere.

I purchased this back brace for my spouse after he injured his back twisting incorrectly while installing his second monitor in his home office. He wore an old Fed Ex back brace that he had while working for them during college. I’m an Occupational Therapist (OT) and consulted one of my Physical Therapist (PT) colleagues for a recommendation on a back brace that would provide support, relieve pain, and help prevent any additional injuries. My PT colleague overwhelmingly recommended one of DIANMEI's back braces. This brace has been a lifesaver! Now, my spouse can sit at his desk for hours without feeling confined while protecting the delicate muscles of the spine. In addition, the brace aids in maintaining a proper upright posture alignment to decrease his tendency to engage in lumbar flexion while coding on his computer. I can’t say enough good things about this brace.

As advertised. Fairly comfortable to wear while seated in an office chair working, no trouble wearing it and maintaining good posture throughout a regular workday. Getting in and out of the truck with it it more cumbersome. I've had others that only wrapped the shoulders and upper back which were better at straightening the shoulders than this, but still good. My only complaint is it's too bulky around the midsection.
