I bought this for back and neck pain and to help correct bad posture. I love this product because not only does it help support, but it acts as a reminder for when you’re slouching so you become more aware of your bad habits. I use it for moments when I know I’m prone to slouching, like at my computer, while driving, or while playing video games. A few things to be aware of: -You can wear it under baggy clothes like a sweater or flannel but don’t expect to hide this under a thin button up or t shirt. -the bands wrap into your armpit which can be a bit uncomfortable at times. I suggest wearing a tshirt under it to prevent chafing (and deodorant stains). -if you’re basically shapeless like me (aka no chest) the waist band rides up sometimes. Nbd, just something to be aware of.

This back brace worked! My upper back was killing me, and my posture sucks. Within 2 days my pain was gone. I'm 5'9 and very thin. I ordered size medium and it fit well. Putting the brace on and adjusting it was easy. I wore it all day while doing outdoor ranch chores and found it to be reasonably comfortable. One complaint I noticed in other reviews was the straps that run under arm pits chafing. This was very minor for me, and is easily remedied by rolling the strap and tucking it under the arm pit area. I definitely recommend this product.

Been using this product since the day it arrived. Prolonged standing my back will really start hurting. I put on the brace tighten it up and there is no pain. Working out in the yard I wear it and the support it provides me allows me to do the chores I enjoy doing without my back starting to spasm. Tropical storm Beral tore through our land and caused a lot of damaged. I put on the back support, took couple Tylenols and went out and helped pick up limbs, cut up hanging branches, haul loads of debris , and worked with my husband for 4 hours. Only a little sore. The stability the brace gives me has helped me get back to doing the things I enjoy doing.
