Very comfortable to put on and maneuver when you're wearing it. When properly adjusted, I don't feel as much back pain on a day to day basis, and it fits very well due to the adjustability. I was able to shovel snow with this on, and my lower back didn't feel sore afterwards.

Support where I need it. I started wearing this while doing yard work, and it’s made a massive difference. It’s easy to adjust so it’s tight but not suffocating. It really helps remind me to lift with my legs and keeps my posture in check. For what it costs, my back feels a lot better at the end of the day. Pros: * The adjustable straps let you get the exact amount of support you want. * Breathable enough that I don't get too sweaty while wearing it. Cons: * It’s a bit bulky under a t-shirt, so it's not exactly "hidden". * The velcro can be pretty loud when you’re taking it off.
