I loved almost the whole thing except I am a petite woman and although I did order the right size to go around me, the height of the belt was so uncomfortable I could not keep it. It took my breath away because it went from just under my bra all the way down to where I sit down. Too much to deal with and made it uncomfortable. However it is made well, highly respected and very nice for a normal height person. Wish it were narrower I would have loved to keep it.

I ordered this back brace from Amazon Vine, and after wearing it for over a month, I am writing this review to share my personal experience with this brace. It has two adjustable knobs, one on the right side and one on the left side, and I have been using them to tighten my Velcro belt, which I find pretty handy even though sometimes while I was adjusting the knobs, it made a popping sound making me worry it might break, but luckily these knobs haven’t failed me yet, and I still manage to get it snug and tight around my waist just the way I like it. Plus, the brace has four strips that align well with the curve of my back, along with two steel springs on the waist sides that support my waistline all around and feels almost like a gentle but firm hug around my lower back, which for me is quite comforting. This back brace came with a 3D lumbar pad, that I tried a few times by placing it on my lower back to fill the gap in that curved area, but since I already use customized memory foam pads for my back, I set this one aside. However, it is nice to have the option, though, in case I need it. The anti-skid bands on the sides do a decent job preventing my brace from moving around, rolling up and breaking its shape when I am bending over, lifting weights, moving things around, and while I am seated, which is a relief for me because although I still have to adjust my brace a few times throughout the day, it isn’t annoying as some previous back braces that I used to wear that I had to be constantly adjusting them when they were supposed to be helping me. I really appreciate the velvet fabric on the inside layer of my brace because it feels soft against my skin and the Velcro belt since I can adjust it to make the brace as tight as I need it to be, ensuring I maintain a good posture. Therefore, I am quite pleased with this back brace and I have gotten so used to wearing it that I feel a bit odd being without the brace now, like something is missing.

Good Back Brace for people with bad back. the Elastic and the velcro on it that make it more adjustable.

I love the concept of how this back brace works, it's very supportive and the idea of being able to use the knobs to adjust is great. However, when I actually try to wear it it seems to be too tall for me, or wide, depending on how you want to think of it. In the back it sticks out at the bottom like a duck's tail, which still gives plenty of support to my back but looks really yucky under my clothes. I found something baggy enough to wear over it that that wouldn't show, but as soon as I got into my car to drive I knew this just was not going to be the brace for me because it was digging into my ribs, so having a brace that you can only stand in but that you can't comfortably sit in isn't really practical. It's too bad, because if it had been just a little less wide it probably wouldn't have stuck out at the bottom or poked me in the ribs at the top, and I really loved everything else about it. But I won't be able to wear it.
