I tried out this back brace, and I have to say, it made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. The design is simple but effective, especially with the pulley system that lets you adjust how tight or loose the brace is. This made it easy to get the right fit, and it helped relieve some of the pain I feel in my lower back. The lumbar pad on the sides is a nice touch, offering extra support to my back, especially when I’m sitting for long periods or lifting something heavy. One thing I liked is that it’s lightweight and not too bulky. I could wear it under my clothes without it being obvious, which is great for when I need support but still want to go about my day without feeling uncomfortable. The material feels breathable too, so I didn’t feel too hot or sweaty even after wearing it for a few hours. However, there are a couple of things I didn’t like. First, the brace can be a bit hard to put on at first. It took me some time to figure out how to adjust it properly, especially the pulley system. Once I got the hang of it, though, it was fine. But if you’re new to back braces, it might take some trial and error to get it just right. Another issue is that the size didn’t fit me perfectly. I ordered a medium, but I feel like it could have been a bit larger. It was tight around my waist, and I wish there was a size option that would give me a bit more room without compromising support. Despite these minor cons, I still find it helpful for easing my back issues, and it has become a part of my daily routine.

This belt has been great for my husband's lower back pain from his herniated disc. Since he started using it, he feels less pain and can do more activities. He loves that you can wear the back brace in two different ways for mild or severe support. It was a bit confusing at first, but once you learn the right technique, the adjustable strap makes it comfortable and allows you to customize the level of support and compression for your specific needs. It's odorless and durable, and it's better to wear it on top of your shirt.

This back brace has an innovative design and has multiple attachments to find the perfect comfort level for your back pain and lower back support. After some trials and errors, I was able to find my perfect fit and comfort size to address my back pain pinch points and comfortable back support. After that, I was able to wear it for several hours comfortably. This belts fabric material, Velcro, tension string, plastic parts -lumber and massage attachments, lower back support plates etc. seem to made of durable material. I used the M size suitable for 30-40” waist and it was comfortable for me having 34” waist. Its price is really comparable and reasonable if we compare other similar products. However, it was somewhat disappointing to receive this belt in just plastic bag and it was really difficult to understand how to use the belt in absence of any instruction’s manual.

I was skeptical on spending money on another back brace but I needed something that would give me the support and not feel uncomfortable wearing it throughout the day it's amazing how much better this one is It only takes about 5 minutes to assemble it all together it's very easy but putting it on and just sitting at the desk with the extra support in there helps me keep my back straighter and just I felt relief after even 10 minutes This one is definitely a keeper I recommend you try it out you won't be disappointed I can't tell you how many other variations I have tried over the years and given up till this one

I was hopeful this brace would be at least decent quality when I ordered it, and thankfully it has exceeded my expectations. It comes with a couple of attachments including a removable plate for further (stronger) support if needed. The velcro belt itself (w/out the plate) has provided me more than enough support especially while doing lawn/garden work. Extremely pleased with this product!
