So i have tried literally every back brace and support but this one works so well. I wear it for about 2 hours in the morning and again in the evening while I walk. It gives me the support I need and my back feels relief the rest of the day. I literally felt the difference on the first day. I gave 4 stars because I would have liked it to be a bit smaller so it would tighten more. It really stretches.

aoFIT Back Brace for Lower Back When I tore a muscle in my back from lifting too much and improperly, this brace made it possible for me to walk without a cane by holding the muscle securely in place and preventing it from bulging and causing really painful spasms. It has the initial overlapping velcro strap but then the additional secondary straps really pull it in tightly. I highly recommend it.

I picked up this lower back brace because I’ve been dealing with a lot of back pain lately, especially in the mornings. I recently switched to a boneless couch style sleeping setup that I thought would be comfortable, but it hasn’t been great for my back, and I was looking for something that could give me a little extra support. I ordered an extra large, and the fit has been really good. I have about a 36 inch belly, with loose skin from multiple pregnancies, and this fits comfortably with room to adjust. It’s snug without feeling restrictive. I also wanted something my partner could use, since he deals with sciatica from time to time, and it fits him well too, so the sizing flexibility has been great.
