I bought this for my 60 year old mom who is very active working in a factory 9 hours a day and caring for horses before and after work. She said she liked it and it fit around her great, however the height of it was too much for her body type. It pushed up on her bra and she couldn't put it any lower without it being too low. For reference, she is 5'4, 31" waist and 114 lbs. She did say she could feel instant back support once she closed the 2nd set of straps. It didn't work for her, but that doesn't mean it won't for you. It is nice quality and great price so it's worth a try. Just be mindful of the height as well. Also note the typo in pic - many reviews mention the sizing. At the time I ordered, the sizing in the title and on the options are correct. There is typo on the sizing photo which might be why several people commenting that it was too small for them. 83 cm equals 32.677 inches and the photo says 39.9 inches. Ignore that photo and go by what is printed so you get the right size. ... show more
