Well designed belt and makes your lumbar feel awesome!!! It gives in the right places, no pinching, the right amount of support can be dialed in with the side bands. I’m a round beast, 5’9, 300lbs, but got no time for a lecture on proper BMI… I got work ta do. You’ll never find a belt that fits like this in the local HW big box stores ever. Get this on Amazon, Get two! You can wash one while using the other. Easy remove shoulder straps are awesome.
