Best back brace I've found marketed to consumers (rather than medical). It is very helpful in managing pain from arthritis in my back. It has 2 negatives: 1) The shoulder strap adjustments are in the back, which I find inconvenient. 2) The neoprene fabric does not breath and my waist and hips will sweat heavily when I wear it in hot weather. ... show more

Well designed belt and makes your lumbar feel awesome!!! It gives in the right places, no pinching, the right amount of support can be dialed in with the side bands. I’m a round beast, 5’9, 300lbs, but got no time for a lecture on proper BMI… I got work ta do. You’ll never find a belt that fits like this in the local HW big box stores ever. Get this on Amazon, Get two! You can wash one while using the other. Easy remove shoulder straps are awesome. Take part, toss it into a laundry zip bag to keep the Velcro from getting to your other clothes and you get a fresh clean belt when you need support. Best of four of five I’ve tried. ... show more

This fits well and is very sturdy. It helped tremendously when I was shoveling snow. I even used it on a cruise for excursions when there was a lot of walking to do. I would recommend this to anyone. It was well worth the money!
