Received this as a gift for Christmas, and it has replaced all of my previous hair styling tools. The travel case is super convenient and I used the box it came in to store all of my old tools. Was researching the other ionic multi-stylers and I felt this was the best bang for your buck and I already love BaByliss products for my curly hair Let my sister use it while on vacation to diffuse her curls (which she almost never does, she air dries majority of the time) and she loved it so I ordered her one as well A main benefit of this specific styler is that it’s extremely lightweight, so you won’t experience fatigue while trying to do all of your hair whether it’s to diffuse, blow dry or using the round brush attachment. It also works very quickly so I have been able to straighten my hair from wet in less than 1 hour. Diffusing max 15 mins Feels much healthier than frying it with high heat, the hair lays better and lasts longer as well

, it lacks the power it claims to have, and the air nozzle is far too wide, which messes up the hair and leaves it frizzy. I am not returning it only because I am outside the United States, but I have never had such a big disappointment with an online purchase. I have bought other products from this brand before, but this one will make me never buy from this brand again.

This is a great tool to have in your hair arsenal. The drying brush is easy to use and not too thick like many of the others which are awkward to use. The brush doesn't smooth the hair as much as the straightener but it's great to dry the hair quickly when I shower at night before bedtime. It heats up very well. The diffuser is a nice added bonus for my curly hair.

I never leave reviews, but this device is actually magical. It has way more power than I was expecting and gets the job done not only quickly, but perfectly. I’ve used the Shark flex styler whatever it’s called for the last two years which was almost double the price of this one, but not even half as good. I’m so so happy and surprised. The round brush attachment doesn’t snag hair and achieves a beautiful salon blowout look in like 10 minutes. It also doesn’t get insanely hot, just enough to smooth out the hair, but not enough to damage it, (as long as you’re using heat protection). Overall this is a 1000000000/10!

Disappointing! Expected more from the brand and cost. It does not give a nice smooth finish as anticipated. My old Conair did a better job. Parts feel cheap- face place kept falling off paddle brush. Hair continually gets caught and pulled out at the attachment juncture- especially with the round brush. The straightener is ridiculous -it does not open. It has a narrow opening you need to slide your hair into, but then it doesn’t hold it tight enough to do much. Need to use a very small piece of hair and already have it straight enough to slide in. Also can’t get close to roots- too bulky and heated plates not close enough to the edge. Straightener has a one direction use due to the airflow, but not a problem to switch hold for each side. However, no matter how I did it with my shoulder length hair, it just blows most it all over before can even get part of the hair in the slot. Maybe it would work better for long hair? Only positive for me is how lightweight the basic dryer is, but overall would not buy this again and would not recommend. I am returning it. Tried a Shark Flex and just purchased the Shark Glam- and wow!! No comparison. Both beat Babyliss hands down on every level. Don’t waste your money- you will be disappointed.

Let's start with the bad- they originally sent me a used hair dryer. When it arrived, there was blonde hair wrapped into the attachments. (I am brunette for reference), they did send out a second one which was new. But we shouldn't be sending out used products when people are ordering brand new. The good- it's not heavy, main reason I bought it was for the lightweight style. The rest has been a bonus. The hair dryer itself works fantastic, my hair has never been healthier than working with this hair dryer. I love how I can customize the heat and airflow settings based on what I need that day. I also love that you have even more control of airflow with the drying attachment.the cord length typically doesn't matter to me, but it's very long and easy to keep the dryer moving while in use. It's a great value and I hope December first comes sooner so they can drop the new attachment!
