I bought this product because I have and old one just like it and I wanted to replace it for a New One Just like it and I still have it. This idem is not preforming like the old one. The cord is always stiff and doesn't wrap nice like my old one. When I curl my hair, the long barrel doesn't want to stay closed as well. I am a very long time Amazon buyer and love shopping I would love to try and find a good product without spending a lot of money. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion.
