I have been using this curler for a little over a month. First and foremost this is the Genuine Babyliss Pro product not a counterfeit and it gently pulls hair in. I have never had my hair stuck in the machine like some people who reviewed this product a few months back. I have straight shoulder length hair Of medium thickness. It takes me about 15 minutes to curl all of my hair. The curls hold only for one day. After sleeping, most of them are gone. Hair still has some shape on day 2 but it’s not those lush curls they show on their promotion videos. So it has to be curled daily if you want the curls. I spray hair with hair spray after curling to hold the shape for a day. I don’t like how my hair smells after using the curler and sometimes if you put too much hair in, the machine gets confused and stops beeping so I just open it and take the strand out. Then redo with less hair. Overall, I like it and would recommend it to those who want pretty curls that don’t really last longer than a day. ... show more

Product is a little bulky and switched to the Tyme curler shortly after purchasing this. My hair would get caught a lot and there was more of a learning curve with this as opposed to the Tyme.
