I got this for my daughter for Christmas and now it is not returnable. It is top heavy and not easy to use on the back of her hair. Her hair would not curl properly when she tried it, and even with my help, it did not turn out. She was very excited to get this gift, and since it was expensive, I saved it for Christmas. I bought this thinking i could curl my hair on my own. It is kinda on the heavier side and every time it curls it sticks straight out. I had my daughter law try on her hair just to see since she can curl hers with a flat iron. She could not get it to curl her hair either.
