    • Good straightener
The plates are wide enough to do large sections and it doesn't catch on your hair as your run it over. Leaves hair shiny, but be careful of the heat settings they aren't labeled with temperature so it's easy to go overboard with the heat.

    • TERRIBLE return policy
Horrible return policy. 30 days AFTER they receive it back, and another 7 to post to account. For a product over $200, this is pretty absurd. Not only was the item not what I expected, I opened box and there wasn’t even a manual included.
