I have had so many hair dryers through the years and a few hair straighteners. I bought this set on sale because I expected my inexpensive hair dryer to die on me soon. Well it lasted longer than expected. So today I opened the box and used these items for the first time. I LOVE them both!! The dryer has excellent heat, but maybe a little noisier than my old one. The straightener runs so smoothly through my hair and my favorite thing about it: it’s designed so when I touch the outside of it, I’m not burning my fingers like I did all the time on my old one. I am an African American woman with natural hair. I have tried other flat irons and this one has turned out to work exceptionally well. I hate when I flat iron my hair and it either immediately frizzes or does not do anything at all and I have to keep going over the same strands of hair a million times! En estos productos chicas lamentablemente tengo que decir que no recomiendo la plancha, no tiene suficiente calor solo calienta 250 grados es un calor muy flojo para un cabello bien rizo o cabello afro no la recomiendo no lo alisa bien, el secador si está bueno lo recomiendo
